Returns Policy

 

At Jeroen Markies, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below and follow the instructions provided.

 

General Returns (Posted Items)

 

  • You must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your item.

  • The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of the returned item for the refund to be completed.

  • You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the parcel. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Jeroen Markies cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We can only process a refund once the item has been safely received into our possession.

 

Furniture Returns

 

  • For furniture purchased in person from our showroom or at a fair, all sales are considered final and non-returnable unless a prior agreement is made with a member of our team.

  • For furniture purchased from our online store, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return.

  • We cannot accept the return of any furniture items that have been used or damaged after our delivery.

  • For a return of an undamaged item, a collection charge will apply, which will be deducted from your refund. The cost of this charge will be confirmed with you prior to collection.

Damages on Arrival

 

  • Upon delivery of any item, especially furniture, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for any loss or damage before accepting and signing for them from our driver.

  • Once goods are accepted from our driver, Jeroen Markies cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever. Please inspect your purchase carefully at the time of delivery.
