Sandra Blow was an English abstract painter. She studied at St Martin's School of Art and worked in Paris with her partner Alberto Burri (a key post-war painter and sculptor himself). Blow taught at the Royal College of Art from 1960-75 and was elected to the Royal Academy in 1978.
